How long does it take to process my order?
Most orders are processed within 5–7 business days before they are shipped. Processing begins after your order and payment have been received.
Do personalized and custom orders take longer?
They may. Because personalized and custom items are created specifically for you, additional processing time may be needed. If additional time is needed, GGDIDIT Designs will communicate the expected timeframe with you.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time begins after your order has been processed and shipped. Shipping time is separate from the 5–7 business day processing time.
Can I request a custom design or personalized item?
Yes! GGDIDIT Designs creates customized products specifically for our customers. You can contact us with your ideas, personalization details, photos, artwork, or other information needed to create your item.
