At GGDIDIT Designs, we take pride in creating quality apparel and personalized gifts made especially for you.

All Sales Are Final

GGDIDIT Designs does not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, change of mind, incorrect size selection, or unwanted gifts.

Because personalized and custom products are created specifically for each customer, these items are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is an error on our part or the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact GGDIDIT Designs within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging when applicable.

If the issue was caused by an error on our part, we will work with you to correct the issue by providing a replacement or other appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.

Personalized & Custom Orders

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all information they provide for personalized or custom orders, including names, spelling, dates, photographs, sizes, colors, and other requested details.

Once a personalized or custom order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

If GGDIDIT Designs makes an error in the personalization or custom design that differs from the information approved or provided by the customer, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
