Personalized & Custom Orders
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information for personalized and custom orders, including names, spelling, dates, sizes, colors, photographs, and other requested details.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving any information or design details provided for their order before production begins.
Once a personalized or custom order enters production, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
If GGDIDIT Designs makes an error that differs from the information provided or approved by the customer, we will work with the customer to correct the issue.
Payments
All orders must be paid in full before production or fulfillment unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
GGDIDIT Designs reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary, including when there is an issue with payment, product availability, or information provided for the order.
Custom Design Requests
Submitting a custom design request does not guarantee acceptance of the project or a specific price. GGDIDIT Designs will review the request and provide pricing and design information before production begins.
Custom work will not begin until the customer has approved the applicable design details and payment requirements.
Intellectual Property
Content appearing on this website, including the GGDIDIT Designs name, logo, original designs, photographs, graphics, text, and other materials, belongs to GGDIDIT Designs or is used with permission and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
Customers are responsible for having the necessary rights or permission to provide photographs, artwork, logos, or other materials submitted for customization.
