At GGDIDIT Designs, we carefully prepare each order so that your items are created and packaged with care.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 5–7 business days before they are shipped.

Processing time begins after your order and payment have been received. Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotions, vendor events, or periods of unusually high order volume.

Personalized & Custom Orders

Personalized and custom orders may require additional processing time because each item is created specifically for you.

If additional time is needed for a custom order, GGDIDIT Designs will communicate the expected timeframe with the customer.

Shipping

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout, when applicable.

Shipping time begins after the order has been shipped and is separate from the 5–7 business-day processing period.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of GGDIDIT Designs' control.

Tracking Information

When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has shipped.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the package has been accepted by the carrier.

Delays

While we make every effort to process and ship orders within the stated timeframe, unexpected delays may occasionally occur. These may include supplier delays, production issues, severe weather, carrier delays, or periods of high order volume.

If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will make every reasonable effort to communicate the delay with you.
